Plans start at $180 per month per diffuser. Your final recommendation depends on store size, layout, desired coverage and whether the best solution is standalone or HVAC-connected.
Does scent affect the products or merchandise?
No. The fragrance is diffused into the environment, not applied to products. The system is calibrated to create a refined ambient effect throughout selected areas of the store.
Can the scent be adjusted for different store sizes?
Yes. Diffusion intensity, frequency and operating hours can be adjusted according to store size, customer traffic and opening hours. In many cases, adjustments can be made remotely.
Do you provide refills and maintenance?
Yes. Our service is all-inclusive. Refills, maintenance, system support and adjustments are handled by Scent Company.
Can one scent be used across multiple stores?
Yes. A signature fragrance can be implemented consistently across multiple boutiques, flagship stores or retail locations.
What happens if HVAC connection is not possible?
If HVAC connection is not technically possible in a specific retail area, we may recommend a discreet standalone diffuser as an alternative. Standalone systems are considered when duct access, airflow structure or store design prevents an HVAC-based installation.
Is there a minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract period. The service can be canceled at any time, at no additional cost.
