Is HVAC scenting the recommended system for high-rise buildings?
Yes. For high-rise residential buildings, HVAC scenting is our recommended solution whenever duct access is available. It allows for more discreet installation and more consistent distribution across larger shared spaces.
Can the scent be adjusted if residents feel it is too strong?
Yes. Operating hours and intensity can be programmed and adjusted to match building traffic, time of day and resident feedback. In many cases, adjustments can be made remotely.
Do you provide refills and maintenance?
Yes. Our service is all-inclusive. Refills, maintenance, system support and adjustments are handled by Scent Company.
Can we change the fragrance later?
Yes. If the selected fragrance is not the right fit, or if you want to create a different atmosphere, we can recommend and provide alternative scents.
What happens if HVAC connection is not possible?
If HVAC connection is not technically possible in a specific area, we may recommend a discreet standalone diffuser as an alternative. Standalone systems are considered only when duct access, airflow structure or technical limitations prevent an HVAC-based installation.
Is there a minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract period. The service can be canceled at any time, at no additional cost.
